1. Wear-Resistant Design
- A forward-inclined, wide-channel impeller reduces impact wear caused by the medium.
Flow-through components are made of Cr27 high-chromium alloy (HRC 58-62 hardness) or wear-resistant rubber linings.
Adjustable impeller clearance extends service life
High-Efficiency Sealing System
- Standard dual mechanical seals and impeller seals.
- Optional packing seals or special material seals are available to adapt to different operating conditions.
3. Heavy-Duty Bearing Assembly
- Heavy-Duty roller bearings and forced oil lubrication system are used.
- Bearing life exceeds 100,000 hours, supporting 24-hour continuous operation.
