Submersible sand pump is a machine that puts the whole pump in water to pump sand. It consists of three parts: pump head, motor and combined seal. It is easy to use and highly efficient. It is mainly used for dredging and sand pumping in rivers, lakes, reservoirs and ports.
The submersible sand pump is mainly composed of three parts: pump head, motor, and combined seal. The water conservancy part is designed using advanced design methods. The motor and the water pump are coaxially integrated and immersed in the medium to work. The flow-through parts (including the pump body, pump cover and impeller) are made of wear-resistant materials. The product is made of excellent materials, advanced structure, wide flow channel and strong passing capacity. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, mining, coal, electricity, building materials, municipal environmental protection and river dredging enterprises for conveying liquids containing abrasive solid particles such as sand, coal slag and tailings.
In addition to the main impeller, the product also adds a set of stirring impellers at the bottom, which can spray the precipitated slag into a mixed liquid of water and solid particles. The water pump can achieve high-concentration delivery without auxiliary devices. The unique sealing device can effectively balance the pressure inside and outside the oil chamber, so that the pressure at both ends of the mechanical seal is balanced, which maximizes the reliable operation of the mechanical seal and greatly extends its service life. The motor can add a variety of protection devices such as water inlet detection and overheating according to user requirements, so that the product can operate safely for a long time under harsh working conditions.
