The horizontal sand pump is an industrial equipment specially used for conveying high-concentration sediment and slurry media. It adopts a centrifugal structure design and is mainly composed of pump body, impeller, guard plate and other components. Its impeller mostly adopts a double-suction open design, combined with high-chromium alloy or wear-resistant alloy material, it can convey media with a solid content of up to 40% and a particle diameter of 50 mm. It is suitable for river dredging, reservoir desilting, mining slurry transportation and other scenarios. The shaft seal of the equipment adopts a packing seal with a high-pressure flushing system. During installation, an emptying device must be configured according to the difference in liquid level.
