The AH slurry pump is a horizontal slurry conveying equipment commonly used in the industrial field. It adopts a vertical split double pump casing structure. The discharge port can be rotated at 45° intervals to adjust the installation angle to meet the needs of different working conditions. The pump is equipped with a cylindrical bearing assembly, supports grease lubrication and overall disassembly and maintenance. The shaft seal can be selected in three forms: packing seal, impeller seal and mechanical seal. The transmission method covers six types such as V-belt and elastic coupling. The flow-through components adopt a combination of cast iron pump body and wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant rubber lining. The variable speed design and multi-stage series connection achieve efficient long-distance transportation, which has the significant advantage of reducing operating costs. During operation, it is necessary to control the bearing cooling water temperature and packing seal leakage, and prevent cavitation caused by improper adjustment of the inlet valve.

Bearing Assembly: The pump's bearing assembly utilizes a cylindrical design, facilitating adjustment of the clearance between the impeller and the front guard, and can be removed entirely for maintenance. The bearings are grease-lubricated.

Shaft Seal: The pump's shaft seals include packing seals, impeller seals, and mechanical seals.

Drive Types: V-belt drive, elastic coupling, gear reducer, hydraulic coupling, variable frequency drive, and thyristor speed control. V-belt drive types include CL, CV, CR, ZL, ZV, and ZR.

During slurry pump operation, pay attention to the temperature and leakage of the packing gland. Normal packing leakage should not exceed 10-20 drops per minute.

If the AH slurry pump draws in air or solids during pump operation, it will produce unusual noises and vibration.

If the check valve on the standby pump leaks while the switch valve is left open, be aware that reverse flow may cause the standby pump to reverse.
