The working principle of ZJ series slurry pump is relatively simple. It mainly relies on centrifugal force to suck the slurry medium from the water inlet of the pump, accelerates it through the high-speed rotation of the impeller, and finally discharges it through the outlet of the pump.
(1) Suction process: When the pump is started, the impeller starts to rotate, generating negative pressure and forming suction, sucking the slurry medium into the pump.
(2) Acceleration process: When the slurry passes through the impeller, it is affected by centrifugal force and the speed continues to increase.
(3) Discharge process: The accelerated slurry is discharged through the pump outlet, completing the entire pumping process.
