Such as slurry transportation in metallurgical ore dressing plants, hydraulic ash removal in thermal power plants, coal slurry and heavy medium transportation in coal washing plants, dredging of rivers, river silt removal, etc. In the chemical industry, it can also transport some corrosive slurries containing crystals.
When the slurry pump is working, the pump needs to be placed on land, the suction pipe is placed in the water, and the pump needs to be primed and started. Due to structural limitations, the motor of the mud pump and the submerged slurry pump needs to be placed above the water surface when working, and the pump needs to be placed in the water, so it must be fixed, otherwise, the motor will fall into the water and cause the motor to be scrapped. In addition, since the length of the long shaft is generally fixed, the pump installation and use is more troublesome, and the application occasions are subject to many restrictions.

The motor is protected by a mechanical seal, which can effectively prevent high-pressure water and impurities from entering the inner cavity of the motor. In addition to the main impeller, there is also a stirring impeller, which can stir the slag settled on the bottom of the water into a turbulent flow and then extract it. The main flow-through parts such as the impeller and the stirring impeller are made of highly wear-resistant materials, which are wear-resistant, corrosion-resistant, non-clogging, and have strong sewage discharge capacity, and can effectively pass larger solid particles. It is not limited by the suction range, the slag suction efficiency is high, and the dredging is more thorough. There is no need to equip an auxiliary vacuum pump, and the investment is lower. There is no need to equip an auxiliary stirring or spraying device, which is easier to operate. The motor is submerged underwater, and there is no need to build complex ground protection and fixing devices, which makes management easier. The stirring impeller directly contacts the sedimentation surface, and the concentration is controlled by the diving depth, so the concentration control is more comfortable. The equipment works directly underwater without noise and vibration, and the site is cleaner.
