Single Casing Pump For Sale
The main features of single-shell pumps include:
Compact structure: The single-shell pump adopts a single pump shell structure, which reduces the number of parts compared to the traditional double-shell structure, making the overall structure more compact, lighter, and more flexible to carry and install.
Strong wear resistance: The flow-through parts of the single-shell pump (such as impellers, volutes, etc.) are usually made of high-chromium alloy, which has excellent wear resistance and impact resistance, can cope with abrasive slurries containing solid particles, and extend the service life of the equipment.
Efficient transportation: The single-shell pump is reasonably designed to reduce eddy currents and impact losses, reduce hydraulic losses, and thus improve transportation efficiency. At the same time, its design reduces vibration and noise, further improving the performance of the pump.
Wide range of application: Single-shell pumps are widely used in power, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemical and other industries, and are suitable for conveying abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as concentrate tailings, coal slime, heavy medium coal preparation, etc.
Low maintenance cost: Due to its simple structure and small number of parts, the maintenance cost of single-shell pumps is low, and the replacement cycle of key components is long, reducing the number of repairs and downtime
Single-casing slurry pumps refer to equipment with a single casing structure (i.e., the pump body and pump cover are an integral or combined single casing), the conveying medium (slurry containing solid particles) directly contacts the inner wall of the casing, and the medium is conveyed by the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller. The casing is usually integrally cast or welded, and the structure is relatively simple.
Metal single-shell pump: The shell is made of high-chromium cast iron, wear-resistant steel and other metal materials, suitable for media with strong wear and large particle size (such as ore slurry, gravel slurry).
Rubber single-shell pump: The shell is lined with rubber or the whole is made of rubber material, with good corrosion resistance and wear resistance, suitable for conveying medium-sized particles and corrosive media (such as chemical slag slurry, mud).
According to the structural form:
Horizontal single-shell pump: The pump shaft is arranged horizontally, which is the most widely used and suitable for conventional working conditions.
Vertical single-shell pump: The pump shaft is arranged vertically and can be immersed in the medium for operation (such as submerged pump), which is suitable for scenes that require submerged installation.
